Pro Football Hall of Fame Relive the glory days on the grid iron at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton. Opened in 1963 it houses all the great memorabilia from the best players in the game. The American Professional Football Association, which later changed its name to the National Football League, was formed in Canton, Ohio.
